Belarus is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe bordered by Russia to the northeast, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest.

Its capital and most populous city is Minsk. Over 40% of its 207,600 square kilometres (80,200 sq mi) is forested. Its major economic sectors are service industries and manufacturing.

Until the 20th century, different states at various times controlled the lands of modern-day Belarus, including the Principality of Polotsk (11th to 14th centuries), the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, and the Russian Empire.

Belarus attracts visitors with poetic paths through cornflower fields, old forests and picturesque villages.

The most famous is the city of Minsk, the economic, cultural and political center of Belarus and the capital, where there are many national constructions and tourist attractions in this country.

Belarus capital has a modern and clean style. Beautiful cafes, restaurants with impressive design and crowded nightclubs always attract visitors here.

The Belarus National Library in Minsk is ranked 25th among the 50 most unique architectural buildings in the world. From the outside, it is no different from a giant diamond with eight triangular faces and 18 square faces.

In addition, Belarus also has suburb Troitskoye Predmestyle, which gathers colorful houses like sweet candies.

Another attractive tourist destination is the Nesvizh Castle which used to be the residence of the noble Radziwill family, its architecture is a charming fusion of baroque architecture and style in Central Europe.

And beautiful, unique places to visit such as the Orthodox churches in Minsk with very attractive architecture such as St. Peter and Paul Church, Maria Magdalena Church ...
